Your Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ROI-driven Demand Generation Manager to own our self-serve B2B customer pipeline; building, managing, and evolving our self-serve program. As part of the growing Customer Journey Marketing team, you’ll be in charge of developing an end-to-end multi-channel strategy to optimize funnel performance from point of acquisition to customer retention. 

A capable project manager, you’ll be leading cross-functional efforts—working with Product Marketing on messaging and audience, Marketing Operations on execution, ensuring a consistent relevant user experience with the Growth team—and reporting on performance and next steps to key stakeholders and leadership.

This position is located remotely. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead strategy for our B2B self-serve pipeline
  • Manage end-to-end nurture programs to move leads through the funnel from acquisition to customer retention
  • Plan and create campaigns at each stage of the funnel:
    • Lead
    • Net-new account
    • Onboarding
    • Paying Customer
  • Test and evolve programs to align with company and marketing goals
  • Develop messaging and targeting with Product and outbound marketing teams
  • Execute campaigns across marketing platforms, working with Marketing Operations for QA and additional support
  • Optimize the online customer experience to increase conversions and streamline lead-to-customer process 
  • Work closely with greater Customer Journey Marketing team on implementing a cohesive multichannel lead strategy, including email, chatbot, and more.
  • Establish success metrics and performance measurement, identifying strategic and tactical opportunities for growth
  • Optimize UX at point of conversion

What You've Done:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation or similar Marketing role
  • 5+ years leading and executing marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable success developing and implementing lead and nurture programs
  • 3+ years of experience in: 
    • Email and/or database marketing
    • Marketing Automation Systems (Hubspot a plus)
    • Digital marketing
  • High level of understanding for CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • History of working in and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • High level of understanding lead stages, customer pipelines, and funnel schema (experience with Sirius Decisions a plus)
  • Experience developing and implementing lead scoring and audience segmentation

  • CMS experience
  • Comfortable using HTML, CSS, or Javascript
