What You’ll Do
Assist in daily production monitoring
Utilize our internal ticketing system, to create and update tickets
Assist with code releases
Create technical documentation & drive operational process improvement
Compile utilization reports
Assist with development of our internal monitoring tools
Be involved in project work with SRE team
Desired Skills And Experience
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
High attention to detail
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Administration
Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability and curiosity to learn a full range of technology platforms and data network systems as well as apply new skills rapidly
And most importantly - a passion for emerging technologies!
Security Responsibilities
Good password practices.
Safe browsing.
Physically protecting your devices when in public or high-risk areas.
Attending annual Security Awareness training.
All Policies contained within the policy package, reviewed and signed.
All regulatory or compliance policies which are applicable to employee roles and responsibilities.
