What You’ll Do

• Assist in daily production monitoring

• Utilize our internal ticketing system, to create and update tickets

• Assist with code releases

• Create technical documentation & drive operational process improvement

• Compile utilization reports

• Assist with development of our internal monitoring tools

• Be involved in project work with SRE team

Desired Skills And Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering

• High attention to detail

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Administration

• Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication skills

• Ability and curiosity to learn a full range of technology platforms and data network systems as well as apply new skills rapidly

• And most importantly - a passion for emerging technologies!

Security Responsibilities

• Good password practices.

• Safe browsing.

• Physically protecting your devices when in public or high-risk areas.

• Attending annual Security Awareness training.

• All Policies contained within the policy package, reviewed and signed.

• All regulatory or compliance policies which are applicable to employee roles and responsibilities.
