But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team!

This position will be based out of our headquarters in San Mateo, California. We are conveniently located near CalTrain, and Highways 280 and 101. We also offer a flexible schedule so employees can work remotely when necessary.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support company executives with managing calendars, agendas, expense reports, travel arrangements and meetings
• Responsible for miscellaneous projects and tasks identified from time to time by Executive to address various business needs and action items
• Assist executives with communication, planning, and organizing among their departments and cross-functional teams
• Anticipate Executive needs and take initiative to effectively off-load appropriate tasks from Executive  
• Be an ambassador of our company culture and values

The Right Fit: 

• 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry
• Competence with Google Suite tools,  MSOffice (Excel, Word, etc), DocuSign, and other platforms with administrative permissions
• Competence with platforms such as zoom, slack, and other communication tools
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and dealing with constant change
• Great organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in group settings 
• Ability to support multiple executives concurrently
• Proven track record for handling highly sensitive and confidential information 
• Ability to work locally and support your team remotely
• Experience working at a public company a plus
• Genuine desire to learn, assist and be a part of a growing company
