But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager!

What You'll Do:

  • Own feature adoption within our consumer backup service 
  • Research and strategize add-on feature adoption for new and existing customers 
  • Work in lockstep with team members to ensure cohesive alignment of strategies, and activities within the marketing funnel
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing operations, paid user acquisitions, and our creative teams to develop and launch engagement efforts
  • Analyze metrics/performance for ROI and strive for constant improvement in ARR for the computer backup service
  • Keep pulse on customer engagement, and work with team members on customer engagement campaigns
  • Proactive approach with churn analysis, identify how/what we can improve customer retention rates

The Right Fit:

  • 3-5 years of consumer SaaS marketing experience
  • A good working knowledge of growth and email marketing, funnel optimization, cross selling, and affiliate sales trend and concepts
  • A working knowledge of the tools we use (or similar): Hubspot, Google Analytics/Optimize, HotJar, JustUno, Google Analytics, Tableau, to name a few! 
  • Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • An appetite to learn, and a curiosity to test strategies that might be considered out of the box
  • A customer-centric mindset
